CAMBODIA IMMERSION

Stuart: My favourite part was staying in the village, getting to understand how other cultures live and also getting to spend time with the kids. As well as haggling prices in the markets so things were cheaper. Sophie: I enjoyed having the chance to bond with the children within the village and give them games and toys to play with. This really showed how grateful the children and families are for the little they have. Another highlight was the markets in both Siem Reap and Phnom Penh, in which we were able to have time to explore and further understand the culture. Amelia: The most enjoyable part about Cambodia was the eye-opening experience in the village. Being exposed to the culture and the level of gratitude that the locals showed for the little things made me appreciate everything we have. The opportunity to learn and explore a new country while expanding my understanding of the culture was an unforgettable experience.
